Zinc really can ease your cold, study finds

I've taken 50 mg of Zinc a day for about 25 years, since reading about a study using zinc as a lozenge, before lozenges. I thought, if sucking on a zinc tablet works, why not take it as a daily supplement and avoid the taste? There have been no adverse effects and I recommend it to everyone.

She shouldn't be banned unless testosterone levels are ascribed for all athletes and all athletes submit to monitoring.

As a veteran, I will be happy when those "low level" GI's are exonerated and pardoned. As a late-teen, early twenties soldier, I know they were following orders, as were their superiors. That's the way it works in the Army. What did I, as a 17 year old GI know? Nothing.
